Key Responsibilities
Own reliability and lifecycle of edge racks and Kubernetes layer
Design and improve fleet provisioning automation
Maintain secure edge-to-cloud network and software delivery tooling
Participate in weekday support rotation and resolve escalated issues
Lead post-incident reviews and implement automated fixes
Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs/SLAs for edge systems
Extend observability stack for proactive issue detection
Set technical direction and contribute to planning
Mentor engineers through pairing and reviews
Act as top-level technical escalation point
Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and alignment
Automate repetitive manual work
