Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test cases from requirements and acceptance criteria
Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke and end-to-end testing
Test business-critical travel flows such as policy rules, approvals, booking, cancellations and changes
Run exploratory testing to find edge cases
Execute release validation and post-deployment checks across environments
Support client UAT by preparing test data, reproducing issues and verifying fixes
Test RESTful APIs with Postman or similar tools
Validate data with SQL queries in PostgreSQL or MySQL
Test integrations with client systems such as Oracle Fusion and Oracle Integration Cloud
Log, track and verify defects in Jira
Maintain test plans, test cases and regression suites
Contribute to automated UI and API tests and CI/CD integration
Apply risk-based testing and report progress and release risks

Experience supporting client UAT cycles
Performance testing with JMeter or k6
Basic knowledge of security testing and common web vulnerabilities
ISTQB certification or equivalent

It covers the full corporate travel lifecycle: travel requests, policy and approval workflows, flight and hotel booking, payments and post-trip reconciliation. The platform is deeply integrated with clients' HR and ERP systems, so reliability and data accuracy matter in every release.
