Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP GTS, resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
Support all GTS sub-modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Communication Management
Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and master data replication, fixing failures proactively
Maintain and update master data, legal regulations, sanctioned party lists, and customs authority changes
Handle small enhancements and change requests including analysis, configuration, and testing
Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, and integration teams on defect fixes and system changes
Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer and user training
Suggest process improvements and automation to reduce ticket volumes

We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to provide L2/L3 application maintenance and support for our live trade compliance and customs landscape. You will keep GTS / E4H processes stable, compliant, and continuously improved, resolving incidents within SLA, handling change requests, working on enhancements, and acting as the subject matter expert for import and export operations.
