Key Responsibilities
Design and implement features in SwiftUI and UIKit with clean, testable and scalable code.
Integrate SwiftUI into UIKit screens and vice versa using UIHostingController.
Optimize view performance by controlling what triggers view re-evaluation.
Take part in refactors and code migrations, such as Storyboards/UIKit to SwiftUI.
Apply dependency injection to decouple components and make testing easier.
Implement local persistence and sync strategies for offline use.
Build asynchronous flows with async/await and critically review AI-generated code.
Work with product, design and QA, and take part in code reviews.

Our client is a global SaaS company building field service management software. Its mobile apps are used every day by field technicians who often work with poor or no connectivity, with teams across the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and North America.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to design, maintain and evolve high-performance mobile applications. You will work on a codebase that combines SwiftUI and UIKit, take part in modernizing it, and build apps that keep working when there is no connection or the signal is weak.
