Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow a team of SDETs, including hiring, performance management, and career development
Support scrum teams with estimation, planning, and testing strategy for web and mobile applications
Own release management processes and ensure comprehensive test coverage across products
Establish and scale automated testing frameworks for UI and API testing, including AI-native features
Advocate QA best practices and implement lightweight checks to prevent regressions and production issues
Define and evolve QA practices for AI/agent-based features, including validation of LLM outputs and agentic workflows
Organize and lead special initiatives to improve testing processes, investigate tools, and develop frameworks
