Lead experimentation and causal inference efforts to ensure product and engineering investments are data-driven and evidence-backed

Scale data infrastructure (warehouse, feature pipelines, observability) to ensure AI/ML readiness and trustworthy data for all models

Rethink data workflows for AI-native development, including semantic layers, text-to-SQL, and agentic analytics tools

Mentor and develop senior ICs into leaders while providing clear growth paths for mid-level team members

Set rigorous standards for data quality, model evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration across DS, ML, and DE disciplines

Present data narratives at All Hands, leadership reviews, and board updates to drive strategic decisions
