Define and monitor performance/reliability metrics, addressing latency regressions and silent degradations proactively

Lead foundational work (design systems, tooling, codebase consolidation) to improve Product & Engineering efficiency

Drive delight and personalization by identifying key user moments and shipping targeted improvements

Align stakeholders across task forces, arbitrating conflicting needs while maintaining core UX health
