Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams, promoting servant-leadership mindset

Facilitate cross-team coordination, dependency management, and program planning

Identify risks, remove impediments, and drive effective delivery

Support Configuration Management activities including version control, baselines, and traceability

Align Agile delivery with Systems Engineering, requirements, integration, and verification activities

Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and quality standards

Define and monitor Agile KPIs, delivery performance, and team predictability

Promote continuous improvement, quality assurance, and risk-based testing

Work closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
