Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy scalable ML pipelines on Databricks and AWS for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and serving

Develop agentic workflows combining models, tools, and data for multi-step task execution, including planning, tool use, and failure handling

Optimize model training/inference performance (e.g., TensorRT, quantization, batching) and reduce latency/cost

Set up evaluation frameworks for LLM/ML systems (offline evals, A/B tests, quality guardrails) and ensure model fairness

Integrate AI tools to redesign engineering/business workflows and measure impact on efficiency, defect reduction, or throughput

Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product requirements into production-ready AI systems and continuously improve performance

Mentor engineers on ML practices and AI-assisted development (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, LLM-powered productivity tools)
