Key Responsibilities

Take technical ownership of electrical test equipment and automated functional tests for flight hardware, engineering models, and test beds from definition to maintenance

Define and maintain test strategies, procedures, and acceptance criteria with full traceability and safety compliance

Lead design, integration, and troubleshooting of test equipment (power, signal, communication, and measurement interfaces)

Develop and review automated test software in LabVIEW/VeriStand with safety interlocks, limit checks, and data acquisition

Plan and execute unit-, subsystem-, and system-level electrical and functional tests on flight hardware

Investigate and resolve test anomalies, distinguish hardware vs. test-system issues, and lead non-conformance dispositions

Coordinate with MAIT, design, systems, software, and quality teams to align test activities and interfaces

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians on test design, execution, and evidence capture

Participate in environmental testing and launch campaigns worldwide
