Own product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation together with the CTO and company leadership.

Turn complex payment workflows into clear requirements and acceptance criteria for conversion-focused cashiers, hosted payment pages, widgets and operational tools.
Define user journeys, permissions and workflows, and work with the product designer on prototypes and specifications.
Lead delivery with engineering, QA, design and business teams, balancing platform scalability with client-specific and white-label needs.
Set product standards for localisation, accessibility, multi-tenancy, security and auditability across global markets, devices and payment behaviours.
Identify and drive AI use cases in core workflows, such as contextual assistance, anomaly detection, recommendations and natural-language analytics.
Use analytics, usability testing and customer feedback to measure outcomes and improve the product after launch.

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Lead to own the product vision, roadmap and outcomes for our web applications and payment interfaces.
This is a hands-on product management leadership role – not a coordination-only Product Owner position and not a design role. You will decide what we build and why, define how the product should work and ensure a consistently high standard of delivery, working closely with our product designer, who is responsible for design execution.
