Key Responsibilities

Oversee IT onboarding/offboarding for all employees, including hardware setup, account provisioning, and Day 1 readiness

Enforce Hadrian’s security tooling (EDR, MDM, IAM) and ensure CMMC Level 2 compliance for CUI handling

Coordinate with construction teams to ensure proper placement of electrical/low-voltage infrastructure and deploy endpoint hardware

Manage local vendor relationships, hardware maintenance contracts, and ISP coordination while maintaining accurate asset inventory

Hire, train, and lead a local IT team as the facility scales
