Monitor endpoint performance, security, and compliance, resolving issues through established tools and alerting systems
Lead cross-functional initiatives for device lifecycle management, OS upgrades, and digital workplace transformation
Research, test, implement, and document endpoint technologies and best practices for operational efficiency
Configure and maintain endpoint management policies using Intune, Group Policy, and MECM/SCCM
Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex endpoint issues and collaborate with vendors and business partners
Maintain compliance with bank’s risk management policies and expectations in daily tasks
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
