Key Responsibilities

Identify and source creators aligned with Air Apps’ vision and content goals

Manage end-to-end creator partnerships, including outreach, contract coordination, and deliverable management

Define and enforce deliverables, timelines, and expectations for creators while ensuring brand alignment

Review and validate creator deliverables for quality, completeness, and accuracy before approval

Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payments to creators

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual creators as their primary contact

Maintain organized records of agreements, deliverables, and outcomes

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align creator content with broader company goals
