Key Highlights

Build and maintain LLM-powered production features (agents, classifiers, RAG pipelines) used by thousands of travelers daily

Own AI workflows from problem definition to monitoring, ensuring reliability, cost-efficiency, and business alignment

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to identify and prototype AI use cases

Key Responsibilities

Design and iterate on LLM workflows, prompts, and tool-calling logic to solve business problems

Set up evaluations and observability tools (e.g., Langfuse) to track AI performance, latency, and cost

Integrate AI services with WeRoad’s product stack (APIs, BigQuery, cloud infrastructure)

Optimize token usage, model routing, and prompt efficiency for production AI systems

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prototype new AI use cases
