Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy production models for causal campaign measurement, audience classification, and visitation forecasting.

Design and validate causal impact methods (e.g., synthetic control, Bayesian structural time series, uplift modeling).

Forecast footfall, reach, and audience size using hierarchical Bayesian models and neural forecasters.

Develop vector embeddings for places, devices, and audiences, and apply them to similarity search and recommendation systems.

Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific tasks (e.g., place/audience classification, text extraction).

Establish team methodological standards, including experiment design, validation protocols, and review checklists.

Mentor and review data scientists' work, ensuring scientific rigor and reproducibility.

Shape the 12–24 month R&D roadmap, integrating cutting-edge research into products.

Translate complex algorithms into business decisions for Product, Sales, and leadership teams.
