Key Responsibilities

Support CI/CD processes and Kubernetes/Docker environments in production

Participate in Disaster Recovery and Live Play activities, and collaborate with Dev/Infrastructure teams

Maintain operational documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer

Work on-call rotations, including weekends and public holidays, in a 24/7 support organization
