Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales/success teams, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and drive iterations

Lead pricing, packaging, and sales training for assigned products, ensuring seamless handoffs across functions

Storytelling and internal advocacy to drive ownership, creativity, and execution across engineering, design, and research teams

Conduct beta testing and internal dogfooding to validate product quality and usability

Elevate product processes and execution standards within a growing, cross-functional team

Collaborate with external partners (e.g., LenelS2, Genetec, Microsoft Azure) to integrate workplace solutions
