Assess source databases and validate target platform readiness, including compatibility checks, capacity planning, and connectivity validation

Build and configure target databases, execute migration activities, and monitor data synchronization with troubleshooting for issues

Lead controlled production cutovers, final synchronization, switchover, and post-migration validation for data integrity and performance

Manage migration documentation, ServiceNow/Jira records, CMDB updates, and operational handover artifacts

Coordinate with application, infrastructure, storage, network, and operations teams to ensure seamless migration execution
