Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of People Systems solutions from user story refinement to deployment, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies

Manage and develop a technical team of 6-8 engineers, providing coaching, technical guidance, and career development support

Act as the technical subject matter expert for Workday and People Systems, ensuring best-practice configuration and implementation

Lead 2nd and 3rd line support services, ensuring consistent achievement or exceedance of service levels and incident resolution

Own security, access governance, data governance, and audit readiness across supported platforms

Drive ITIL-aligned service management practices, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Manage third-party suppliers and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Contribute to the People Systems roadmap and oversee regular development and release cycles

Ensure all solutions meet quality, testing, architecture, and service transition standards

Build strong relationships across Technology and People & Culture teams to support organizational objectives
