Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, VPC, Load Balancers) using Terraform across 40+ environments

Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Helm, Cloud Deploy) for safe, frequent deployments

Ensure security compliance via IAM, Secret Manager, and proactive monitoring of security scans

Proactively monitor infrastructure with GCP Monitoring, Grafana, and alerting systems, including on-call rotations

Automate repetitive tasks using Bash, Python, or Go to reduce manual work and improve reliability

Maintain and stabilize legacy AWS systems while transitioning to GCP where feasible

Collaborate with engineering teams to support customer-specific deployments and multi-tenant environments

DevOps Engineer (LATAM)

Remote, Latin America (minimum 4-hour overlap with US Eastern hours) | Engineering | Reports to: Technical Lead

Time Doctor is hiring a DevOps Engineer to run and scale the cloud infrastructure behind our platform. Most of it runs on Google Cloud, defined in Terraform across 40+ environments, with legacy systems still running on AWS. Your job is to keep it secure, available and quick to change, and to give our DevOps coverage a base in the Americas so that issues during US business hours have an owner in the room.
