Key Responsibilities
Lead AI transformation across business functions, identifying high-value opportunities and delivering measurable improvements
Design and deploy AI-native workflows, agents, and automation to simplify operations and drive commercial performance
Establish clear ownership, adoption, and operational independence for AI solutions across teams
Prioritize AI initiatives based on value, feasibility, effort, and potential for reuse within agreed budgets
Prototype and deploy workflows using AI workspaces, connectors, and automation within 90 days
Build automated monitoring, KPI views, and exception-handling workflows for sustained AI improvements
Collaborate with the CEO to align AI strategy with business priorities and resolve competing operational demands
Develop team capability and functional ownership for AI-driven workflows, reducing dependency on central specialists
