Lead continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, operational excellence, cost reduction, and workforce development

Support the development of KPIs and improvement tools (e.g., flow complexity analysis, value analysis) and ensure their proper usage

Partner with finance teams to validate project justifications and measure success

Create and maintain process and value stream maps for key manufacturing and business processes

Drive daily management methods and integrate improvement routines into operational workflows

Coach and mentor site resources to strengthen adoption of the management system and sustain improvements

Coordinate and report improvement initiatives to leadership and support strategic planning

Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement through training and leadership
