Write end-to-end BRDs and functional specs for UI features, payment workflows, and user journeys with clear acceptance criteria

Prioritize features based on business ROI, OKRs, conversion funnel impact, and user engagement metrics

Map and optimize end-to-end customer workflows (e.g., card entry, onboarding, transaction histories) to minimize drop-off and friction

Collaborate with integration teams to define frontend data schema and API integration points in BRDs

Lead UAT sign-offs to ensure delivered software adheres to BRD specifications and performance targets

Define frontend performance targets (e.g., Core Web Vitals) and usability heuristics for launch verification
