Define monitoring strategies, performance frameworks, and operational processes for proactive issue detection and resolution

Oversee network changes, integration testing, and operational readiness for new core network elements and software upgrades

Develop recovery plans, troubleshooting playbooks, and resilience mechanisms to ensure service continuity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network Engineering, Observability, Product, Legal & Regulatory) to improve service reliability

Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for rapid incident response and service restoration
