Govern brand standards, naming, logo guidance, and co-branding systems for internal and external stakeholders

Shape brand and creative strategy for major seasonal, growth, partnership, and multicultural initiatives

Lead and develop the Brand & Creative team, including hiring, performance management, and capability building

Direct creative operations, workflows, and resource prioritization to improve delivery and accountability

Facilitate cross-functional leadership with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Digital, and Finance

Provide executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations for leadership alignment and decision-making

Translate research, performance metrics, and AI tools into actionable brand and creative strategies

Advance AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining human accountability for accuracy, brand integrity, and compliance

Base salary range: $125,400 to $181,419 annually

Mostly remote with monthly in-person visits to Cerritos, California (relocating from Long Beach)
