Prototype new product features rapidly using AI-assisted tooling, validate hypotheses with real customers, and iterate based on direct feedback before finalizing specs.

Own customer-facing metrics (adoption, value delivery) and make autonomous decisions on priorities, trade-offs, and product direction.

Conduct deep customer research by spending time in repair shops, understanding workflows, and identifying inefficiencies to inform product development.

Transition product experiences from manual operation to supervised delegation, ensuring users retain control while AI handles mechanical tasks.

Collaborate with software engineers to refine system architecture, contribute to shared components, and uphold high product craft standards.

Balance product impact with engineering effort, often finding cheaper or faster paths to achieve the same outcome.

Hold product quality accountable end-to-end, ensuring surfaces feel fast, clear, and considerate of time-pressured, non-technical users.
