Expand Joko AI’s capabilities (e.g., web search, vector search, catalog lookups) to enhance resourcefulness, speed, and accuracy.

Ingest, standardize, and enrich a catalog of hundreds of millions of product entries at scale using AI-driven pipelines.

Leverage proprietary user data (bank transactions, browsing behavior) to build deeply personalized AI recommendations.

Prototype and iterate on new AI features, deploy experimental versions to users, and refine based on real-time feedback.

Stay ahead of AI/ML research, translate emerging models/frameworks into production improvements, and optimize for cost/latency.

Collaborate with product teams to define and implement next-gen AI-assisted shopping experiences from concept to rollout.

Ensure the AI system handles hundreds of thousands of daily queries with zero downtime and minimal latency.
