Key Responsibilities

Independently prepare and lead proposals for simple to highly complex projects

Perform engineering analysis, create technical deliverables, and review field/lab reports for compliance with industry standards

Act as primary technical resource and reviewer for regional projects, mentoring junior engineers and overseeing technical practices

Direct project teams, manage risks, and ensure adherence to safety policies and professional liability standards

Develop and maintain client relationships, including attending industry events and identifying new business opportunities

Oversee construction/CMT projects, review vendor/architect drawings, and recommend necessary changes

Collaborate with senior/principal engineers on highly complex projects and coordinate project assignments across teams
