Accelerate InP laser development toward qualified customer samples and production readiness within the first year

Resolve process challenges through structured experiments, root-cause analysis, and yield/uniformity improvements

Collaborate with design engineers to incorporate process constraints into AI-assisted design workflows

Coordinate device characterization, packaging, reliability testing, and qualification planning (e.g., Telcordia GR-468)

Recruit, mentor, and build a focused InP process team
