Develop/maintain automated test suites (Playwright/Cypress) and manual test cases, mapping coverage to requirements and retiring outdated tests

Maintain reliable test data practices (self-provisioning/cleaning) and extend the internal QA console for tracking test runs and coverage

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot build failures, and publish quality dashboards for stakeholders

Reproduce, prioritize, and verify fixes for defects across all platforms, conducting regression and pre-release smoke testing

Operate and document the physical test lab (desktops, mobile devices, hardware) and collaborate with engineering on testability reviews

Mentor QA team members, establish testing standards, and adopt AI-assisted tools (e.g., test generation) while ensuring accuracy
