Key Responsibilities
Lead concept development for all jewelry collections, balancing classic icons with zeitgeisty trends

Oversee design across categories (charms, pendants, necklaces, earrings, bracelets) for cohesive layering
Develop and maintain accurate tech packs with specifications for materials, finishes, stones, and engravings
Collaborate with Product Development to manage design calendars, sampling, and production deadlines
Review factory CADs and samples for design accuracy and quality compliance
Partner with the Chief Creative Officer to refine brand vision and set design priorities
Travel quarterly to Charleston for in-person work sessions and annually to global vendors/tradeshows
