Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized technical roles across research, ML engineering, and infrastructure

Proactively source and engage passive talent, including researchers from top labs, PhD programs, and high-growth AI companies

Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate success criteria, and design interview loops

Lead offer strategy, including equity conversations and competitive offer negotiations

Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that aligns with the company’s culture and values

Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to leadership

Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, and playbooks as the team grows
