Build a high-velocity creative engine for hooks, UGC, clinician explainers, and audience-specific narratives

Launch and manage a creator/influencer program with compliance-safe social proof and performance tracking

Optimize funnel conversion from ad to appointment (landing pages, quizzes, intake flow, scheduling, trust modules)

Lead SEO and content strategy for anxiety/depression/psychiatry-related topics

Oversee lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retargeting, no-show prevention, referrals, winback)

Collaborate with product, data, clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure growth aligns with patient trust and quality

Build growth operating systems (dashboards, creative testing roadmaps, attribution, incrementality tests, forecasting)

Hire and manage a cross-functional growth team (performance marketing, lifecycle, SEO/content, creative, analytics, agencies)
