Define and implement alerting systems and runbooks for reliable, zero-downtime deployments in distributed environments

Advocate for and implement automated tools (CI/CD, AI-assisted development) to accelerate development cycles

Lead process improvements for engineering workflows, emphasizing asynchronous collaboration and GitOps practices

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive consensus and decision-making across multiple time zones
