Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users both on-site and remotely, resolving IT/OT incidents and service requests

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, server, and PLC-related issues in industrial environments

Design, evaluate, and implement technology solutions aligned with business operational needs

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using VB, C#, and Python, while administering servers and databases

Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Automation teams to ensure system continuity

Document incidents, solutions, configurations, and procedures for IT/OT systems

Ensure compliance with information security policies and maintain preventive/corrective IT infrastructure maintenance
