Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international category and portfolio strategies aligned with brand objectives

Identify growth opportunities through consumer, market, and competitive insights, and manage product lifecycle planning

Lead new product launches, line extensions, and package updates for international markets, defining positioning, pricing, and claims

Partner with R&D, Packaging, Design, Regulatory, and Sourcing teams to bring products to market

Develop market-specific assortments and retailer strategies across global channels and optimize pricing/merchandising

Monitor beauty trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to support strategic decisions and pricing recommendations

Serve as the key point of contact for international product initiatives, driving alignment across global stakeholders

Lead project meetings, communicate priorities, and ensure accountability for deliverables
