Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise Power BI solutions including semantic models, dashboards, and self-service analytics

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance reporting solutions

Implement performance tuning strategies using DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and VertiPaq Analyzer to optimize report and dataset performance

Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and analytical solutions supporting operational reporting and business intelligence initiatives

Ensure governance, security, and data quality standards through Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and deployment pipelines

Mentor junior/mid-level developers, conduct design/code reviews, and promote Power BI best practices across the organization
