Identify, analyze, and report key operational resilience metrics to management and governance committees

Prepare regulatory reports and coordinate compliance obligations for operational resilience, outsourcing, and ICT risk

Support third-party and operational continuity oversight, including data analysis and risk mitigation strategies

Provide training and guidance on resilience/regulatory matters to enhance risk awareness culture
