Key Responsibilities

Define and enforce model promotion criteria (performance, safety, compatibility) across training, evaluation, and deployment stages

Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve bottlenecks in the release lifecycle using dashboards and KPIs

Investigate regressions, integration issues, and rollback/roll-forward decisions with technical debt mitigation

Partner with ML platform and integration teams to design end-to-end automated release tooling

Conduct post-release reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future releases

Serve as the central point of contact for release status, risks, and timelines for engineering and leadership
