Line manage engineers through 1:1s, feedback, development planning, and performance management

Manage scope, dependencies, capacity, and trade-offs in partnership with Product and Design
Challenge technical plans and understand system risk with senior engineers and leadership
Improve engineering processes to keep them lightweight and support thoughtful AI usage
