Key Responsibilities

Own the architecture of AI agents including conversation flow, state management, and tool-calling design

Implement integrations against client systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware

Run internal QA and maintain a known-issues log before client delivery

Conduct playback, walkthrough, and refinement sessions with client stakeholders

Serve as the primary technical responder during testing and rehearsal to triage and resolve issues

Support UAT, defect triage, and go-live processes

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established best practices

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed, reliability, and scalability
