Key Responsibilities

Define and own SleekFlow’s technical vision and platform architecture for multi-channel real-time messaging, CRM, and AI orchestration

Ship dependable LLM/agentic systems to production, ensuring reliability, guardrails, and evals—not just demos

Partner with CEO/founder as a technical peer, making hard calls and prioritizing technical direction aligned with revenue/retention goals

Lead distributed engineering teams globally, setting up autonomous squads and reducing key-person dependency

Scale architecture for enterprise-grade reliability, security, multi-tenancy, and performance as the company grows

Connect engineering to business outcomes by collaborating with GTM and Product teams on roadmap prioritization
