Develop and deploy AI agents for test case generation, regression scenario creation, and pull request reviews

Establish engineering practices for developer testing, including test standards, guardrails, and static checks

Monitor and report quality metrics (defect rate, escape rate, early detection) to engineering and executive teams

Automate critical customer workflows end-to-end and integrate them into release gates using realistic data

Build regression suites covering boundary, volume, and multi-record scenarios with feature-flag awareness

Create an executive-quality quality dashboard for transparent reporting
