Key Responsibilities

Design AI-native HR products end-to-end, including discovery, prototyping with live LLM outputs, and iteration based on real-world failures/latency testing

Define human-AI interaction models (autonomy levels, human-in-the-loop review, trust indicators, error recovery) for sensitive payroll/HR data

Build UI patterns for approvals, undo functionality, confidence indicators, and explanations to ensure AI reliability in high-trust workflows

Develop robust patterns for handling imperfect AI outputs (streaming responses, hallucination recovery, citations, feedback loops, fallbacks)

Collaborate with product management to define and track AI-driven flow success metrics, analyze funnel/session data, and optimize activation/retention

Elevate the design system to incorporate AI-specific patterns and conduct design critiques

Hire and mentor 1-2 designers while establishing Cercli’s design standards
