Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap for an AI-enabled healthcare platform

Lead product strategy, adoption, and customer value across multiple products and enterprise workflows

Make disciplined investment decisions and guide pricing strategy to drive recurring revenue growth

Own product adoption, activation, engagement, and retention outcomes for enterprise deployments

Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and cross-functional teams to remove adoption barriers

Guide the evolution of AI capabilities, data infrastructure, and enterprise healthcare integrations

Recruit, develop, and lead Product Management, Product Marketing, and Design/UX teams

Serve as an active member of the executive team, shaping business strategy beyond product function

Communicate product strategy and investment trade-offs to executives and the board
