Key Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Mobile SDK product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and engineering capacity.

Translate product and technical requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and engineering priorities.

Drive feature delivery from discovery to post-launch evaluation, collaborating with Android, iOS, backend, and QA teams.

Gather and analyze feedback from developers, customers, and internal teams to identify integration pain points and opportunities.

Support SDK releases, including release planning, documentation, adoption tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Measure outcomes using product data, SDK telemetry, and feedback to continuously improve the Mobile SDK platform.
