Key Responsibilities

Own AI quality end-to-end, from problem framing with clinicians and product managers to shipping, monitoring, and improving in production

Design and build agentic systems for real-time voice/text conversations, including orchestration of specialized agents, tools, and memory

Build and improve safety systems for real-time risk detection and guardrails against unsafe or clinically inappropriate responses

Lead eval-driven development, including evaluation suites, simulated patients, and LLM-as-judge autolabellers validated against clinician labels

Productionize ML models to optimize product KPIs (e.g., triage accuracy, treatment completion, recovery rates) and identify causal factors

Help turn clinical AI into composable services for healthcare partners to integrate into patient journeys

Raise engineering standards through architecture, code review, mentorship, and ensuring continuous regulatory compliance
