Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation, analytics, and AI opportunities for process optimization

Lead testing activities (UAT, regression, defect management) for integration projects

Assist in reporting and analytics enhancements to improve business insights

Partner with HR and IT teams to deliver stable, scalable, and user-friendly HR technology solutions
