Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified engineering candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and suitability for engineering roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and tailor resourcing strategies accordingly.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Utilize and update our CRM to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
